Note
Rates quoted are for regular hours [Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm]. Rates between 7:00 and 8:30 and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, are one and a half times normal rates. Rates between 10:00pm and 7:00 am are twice normal rates. Saturday prices are one and a half times normal during regular hours and twice normal after 5:00 pm. Sundays and holidays are twice normal during regular hours and two and a half times normal after 5:00 pm. All prices are billed in half-hour increments. Regular delivery time, excluding holidays, is seven to ten business days under normal circumstances.
